2 tbsp. Maille Original or Honey Mustard
100g Mediterranean yogurt
1 clove Garlic
2 branches Thyme
30mL Honey
50mL Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Salt
150mL Buttermilk
300mL Water
10g Salt
550g Chicken thigh

- 100g Mediterranean yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 branches Thyme
- 30mL Honey
- 50mL Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. Salt
Saumure
- 150mL Buttermilk
- 300mL Water
- 10g Salt
- 550g Chicken thigh
Directions

In a bowl, mix buttermilk, water and salt. Immerse chicken in brine for 12 hours.

Remove chicken without rinsing.

In a blender, add yogurt, garlic, thyme, Maille mustard, honey, oil and salt.

Blend until smooth.

Add the chicken to the marinade and grill on the BBQ.
