1 (100g) container Western Family vanilla Greek yogurt, divided
1-3 rice paper sheet
Cornstarch, for dusting
1 peach, seeded & diced
~ ¾ cup Western Family plain Greek Yogurt
Honey to taste

Recipe 1: Raspberry & Vanilla Rice Paper Fruit Mochi
Ingredients
- Raspberries
- 1 (100g) container Western Family vanilla Greek yogurt, divided
- 1 rice paper sheet
- Cornstarch, for dusting
Instructions
- Dip rice paper in shallow water for 5 seconds. Lay the damp rice paper over a bowl. Fill the bottom with ½ container vanilla Greek yogurt followed by a few raspberries. Top with remaining yogurt and fold tightly
- Lightly dust the rice paper bundle in cornstarch and freeze for at least 30 minutes
Recipe 2: Peach Rice paper Fruit Mochi
Ingredients
- 1 peach, seeded & diced
- ~ ¾ cup Western Family plain Greek Yogurt
- Honey to taste
- 3 rice paper sheets
- Cornstarch, for dusting
Instructions
- To a medium bowl, add plain Greek yogurt and honey to taste, stir to combine. Gently fold in diced peaches
- Dip rice paper in shallow water for 5 seconds. Lay the damp rice paper over a bowl. Add a couple spoons of the yogurt and peach mixture and fold each side tightly
- Repeat with remaining yogurt/peach mixture and rice paper
- Lightly dust each rice paper bundle in cornstarch and freeze for at least 30 minutes
