Raspberries
1 (100g) container Western Family vanilla Greek yogurt, divided
1-3 rice paper sheet
Cornstarch, for dusting
1 peach, seeded & diced
~ ¾ cup Western Family plain Greek Yogurt
Honey to taste

Recipe 1: Raspberry & Vanilla Rice Paper Fruit Mochi

Ingredients

  • Raspberries 
  • 1 (100g) container Western Family vanilla Greek yogurt, divided 
  • 1 rice paper sheet
  • Cornstarch, for dusting

 

Instructions

  1. Dip rice paper in shallow water for 5 seconds. Lay the damp rice paper over a bowl. Fill the bottom with ½ container vanilla Greek yogurt followed by a few raspberries. Top with remaining yogurt and fold tightly
  2. Lightly dust the rice paper bundle in cornstarch and freeze for at least 30 minutes

 

Recipe 2: Peach Rice paper Fruit Mochi

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, seeded & diced
  • ~ ¾ cup Western Family plain Greek Yogurt 
  • Honey to taste
  • 3 rice paper sheets
  • Cornstarch, for dusting  

 

Instructions 

  1. To a medium bowl, add plain Greek yogurt and honey to taste, stir to combine. Gently fold in diced peaches
  2. Dip rice paper in shallow water for 5 seconds. Lay the damp rice paper over a bowl. Add a couple spoons of the yogurt and peach mixture and fold each side tightly
  3. Repeat with remaining yogurt/peach mixture and rice paper
  4. Lightly dust each rice paper bundle in cornstarch and freeze for at least 30 minutes
