Blueberry Cheesecake Cookie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 banana, frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup graham crackers, chopped
Directions:
- Place all ingredients, except the graham crackers, into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into separate cups and top each smoothie with the crushed graham crackers.
- Finish by drizzling a little honey over each if you desire.
Blueberry Lemon Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into separate cups and enjoy!
High-Fibre Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice (Western Family Brand)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 frozen banana
Directions:
- Place all ingredients, starting with the almond milk at the base, into a high-Powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
