Blueberry Cheesecake Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 banana, frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers, chopped

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except the graham crackers, into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into separate cups and top each smoothie with the crushed graham crackers.
  3. Finish by drizzling a little honey over each if you desire.



Blueberry Lemon Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into separate cups and enjoy!



High-Fibre Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice (Western Family Brand)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 frozen banana

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients, starting with the almond milk at the base, into a high-Powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
