While similar to regular Bologna, it is uniquely different because it is stuffed into a large natural casing. Top quality cuts of pork and beef mixed with a special blend of seasonings. No use of any mechanically separated meats, no by-products, and no soya or plant extenders are used. It is cooked and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial sprays or dips.
