2 tbsp. Maille Original or Honey Mustard
100g Mediterranean yogurt
1 clove Garlic
2 branches Thyme
30mL Honey
50mL Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Salt
150mL Buttermilk
300mL Water
10g Salt
550g Chicken thigh

  • 2 tbsp. Maille Original or Honey Mustard
  • 100g Mediterranean yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 branches Thyme
  • 30mL Honey
  • 50mL Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. Salt

Saumure

  • 150mL Buttermilk
  • 300mL Water
  • 10g Salt
  • 550g Chicken thigh

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, water and salt. Immerse chicken in brine for 12 hours.

  2. Remove chicken without rinsing.

  3. In a blender, add yogurt, garlic, thyme, Maille mustard, honey, oil and salt.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Add the chicken to the marinade and grill on the BBQ.
