2 Beyond plant-based meat burger patties
2 slices vegan cheddar-style cheese
2 Burger buns
1–2 ears fresh corn, husked
2–3 tbsp vegan butter

  • 2 slices vegan cheddar-style cheese

  • 2 sesame burger buns

  • 1–2 ears fresh corn, husked

  • 2–3 tbsp vegan butter

  • Salt, to taste

Toppings

  • Vegan mayo

  • Mustard

  • Ketchup

  • 1–2 lettuce leaves, sliced or whole

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Cook burgers and corn. Place the frozen burger patties on the grill. At the same time, coat the corn with vegan butter and place it directly on the grill.

  3. Cook burgers for about 5–6 minutes per side, flipping once.

  4. Rotate the corn every few minutes so it chars evenly on all sides (about 10–12 minutes total).

  5. In the last 1–2 minutes of cooking, add vegan cheddar-style cheese to the patties and close the lid to melt.

  6. Remove the corn from the grill and immediately sprinkle with salt.

  7. Place the sesame buns cut-side down on the grill for 1–2 minutes, until golden.

  8. Spread vegan mayo, mustard, and ketchup on the buns. Add the cheesy burger patty, then lettuce and tomato. Close and serve.
