Grilled Watermelon Salad

  • ½ large seedless watermelon, sliced thick and rind removed
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small pot, combine ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, 2 cups of the cherries, cherry coke, and soy sauce.

  13. Brush BBQ sauce over steak skewers and rotate to coat all sides with sauce.
  14. Grill until fully cooked through to desired readiness.
