Tofu Tikka Skewers

Ingredients
1/2 cup vegan yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice
300g tofu cut into big cubes
1 large onion cut into 1 inch cubes
bell pepper cut into 1 inch cubes
Directions
- In a large bowl mix together vegan yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt, lemon juice and oil.
- Add tofu, onion and bell pepper. Coat them with masala paste. Cover and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Put marinated tofu, onion and bell peppers in skewers.
- Cook for 10-12 mins. For more charred tikka broil at 450 for another 5 mins.
- Serve with onions and lemon.
