- 2 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)
- 1/3 cup mango puree (fresh or store bought)
- 1 cup Only Goodness Oat Barista
- Ice cubes
- Optional sweetener like honey, maple syrup, or agave
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl or cup to avoid clumps.
- Add the hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- In a tall glass, add the mango puree. If you like it sweeter, stir in a little sweetener.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the oat barista over the ice and mango, leaving some room at the top.
- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk to create a layered look.
- Stir before drinking and enjoy.
