Ingredients
8 slices whole grain bread
4 tbsp. peanut butter
4 tbsp. jelly/jam
Side of fruit : honey dew melon
Side of fruit : strawberries
Directions
  1. To 4 slices of whole grain bread, add 1 tbsp. peanut butter to each and spread using a butter knife

  2. To the remaining 4 slices of bread, add 1 tbsp. jam to each and spread

  3. Combine one peanut butter slice with one jam slice to form a sandwich

  4. Using a glass jar, firmly press into the sandwich to form a cut-out pocket

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with remaining peanut butter and jam slices

  6. Add 2 peanut butter and jam pockets to a bento style container and fill the other compartment with a side of seasonal fruit

  7. Repeat step 6 with the remaining peanut butter and jam pockets

*Breakfast boxes can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days
