


Ham, Cheese & Veggie Rolls


1. Prepare vegetables by slicing carrots, cucumber and yellow pepper into matchsticks, and cutting avocado into roughly 1cm wide slices
2. Spread thin layer of cream cheese across the tortilla
3. Sprinkle a thin layer of shredded mozzarella over the cream cheese layer, leaving a 3cm space on one end
4. Tightly roll two slices of honey ham and place about 5cm from the opposite end of the tortilla
5. Line up carrot, cucumber and yellow pepper matchsticks alongside the ham rolls
6. top ham and veggies with a row of avocado segments
7. Begin tightly rolling up the tortilla from the ham end, sealing the roll with the cream cheese end
8. Slice into 1.5cm segments and enjoy!
