


2 Limoncello Spritz Mocktails


Strawberry Limoncello Spritz (Makes 2)
Ingredients
• ½ cup fresh strawberries
• 1 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Western Family Limoncello Sparkling Water
• Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Directions
Blend the strawberries, water, and lemon juice until smooth.
Divide the strawberry purée between two glasses filled with ice.
Top with Western Family Limoncello Sparkling Water and gently stir.
Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and enjoy!
Limoncello Basil Spritz (Makes 4-6)
Ingredients
For the basil simple syrup
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup water
• Handful of Western Family Sweet Basil
For each mocktail
• ½ oz maple syrup
• ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Western Family Limoncello Sparkling Water
• Sweet basil leaves & a lemon wheel, for garnish
Directions
Combine the sugar, water, and basil in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat, let steep for 15–20 minutes, then strain and cool completely.
Fill a glass with ice and add the basil simple syrup and fresh lemon juice.
