1 cup snap peas
4–5 mini sweet peppers
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub Loaded Spinach Dip

  • 1 package Soft Goat Cheese with Honey, Fig, and Chili

  • 1 jar Pickles

  • 1 bag Kettle Cooked Chips

  • 1 box Limoncello Spritz

  • 1 box crackers of choice (gluten-free if needed)

  • 1 cup cherries

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1 cup green grapes

  • 1 small watermelon

  • 2 Gala apples

  • 1/2 cup radishes

  • 4–5 mini cucumbers

  • 1 cup snap peas

  • 4–5 mini sweet peppers

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

At-Home Prep

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all fresh produce.

  2. Slice the cucumbers, radishes, and mini peppers.  Then, slice the apples and toss them lightly with fresh lemon juice to prevent browning.

  3. Store prepared ingredients in airtight containers and refrigerate until ready to pack.

  4. Pack any crackers and chips separately to keep them crisp.

  5. Place chilled items in a cooler with ice packs for transport.

Tips and Tricks:

  • Adjust the quantities based on the size of your board and the number of guests youre serving.

  • Shop for produce a day or two before your picnic so everything is at its freshest.

  • Store washed berries and vegetables in containers lined with paper towel to absorb excess moisture.

  • Keep dips, cheese, and other refrigerated until serving.

  • Pack crackers and chips separately and add them just before serving to maintain their crunch.

  • Bring extra small containers for pits, scraps, and leftovers.

  • Pack a small cutting board and knife in case you want to slice additional fruit on-site.

  • Leave a few ingredients aside in containers so you can refill the board as people snack.

  • Tuck fresh herbs or edible flowers into empty spaces at the very end for a garden-inspired look.
