Potatoes(Sulphites), Enriched Wheat Flour Canola Oil, Water, Green Peas, Spices, Salt. May Contain Tree Nuts, Sesame, Soy --Place on microwave safe plate and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Or, place in oven on baking tray at 350 for 8 minutes or until internal temp reaches 74 degrees Celsius.
