Grilled Chicken with Blueberry Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries, fresh
1 Peach, fresh, diced, large (or canned)
2 tbsp Red onion, diced
1 tsp Western Family honey
1 Lime, juiced
2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Western Family olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- To make salsa, gently toss together blueberries, peach, onion, honey, lime juice and cilantro. Cover and set aside at room temperature.
- Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill, bake, broil or barbeque and serve with the salsa.
