


Citrus Glazed Ham


Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together orange juice, marmalade, zest, mustard, brown sugar, cloves, salt and pepper.
2. Place ham on a roasting pan and spread the glaze over the ham, reserving 1/3 cup. Arrange rosemary sprigs and orange slices around the ham.
3. Cover ham with foil and bake at 350°F for 20 min. Uncover and pour remaining glaze. Bake another 15-20 minutes.
4. Let rest 15 minutes. Garnish with orange slices, fresh rosemary and greens.
Note: * Recipe can be cut in half for one 650g ham serving.
