Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) Hellmann's® Garlic Aioli
1/3 cup (75 mL) red wine vinegar
2 tsp. (10 mL) dried oregano leaves
1 lb. (450 g) orzo pasta, cooked and cooled
1 can (470 g.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 large red bell pepper, diced (1 cup/250 ml)
1/2 seedless cucumber, diced (1 cup/250 mL)
3/4 cup (175 mL) crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup (75 mL) sliced pitted Kalamata olives
Directions
- For DRESSING, stir ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- For SALAD, add the salad ingredients to a bowl with Dressing and toss to mix and coat. Serve your Greek orzo salad immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip: Recipe can be halved
