


Teriyaki Grilled Salmon


Step One
Spray grill with PAM® Grilling Spray, and then preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Step Two
In medium bowl, coat salmon with 1/4 cup (60 mL) VH® Teriyaki Marinade Sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour).
Step Three
Meanwhile, toss steamed green beans with 1/4 cup (60 mL) VH® Teriyaki Marinade Sauce. Grill green beans for 3 to 4 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and grill marked. Transfer to plate.
Step Four
Transfer salmon skin-side down to grill. Grill, covered, for 6-8 minutes or until salmon is grill-marked, just cooked through and starting to flake. Brush with additional VH® Teriyaki Marinade Sauce as desired or to taste.
Tip: Serve grilled teriyaki salmon with grilled green beans over steamed rice or grains.
