Ingredients
Western Family Bacon Wrapped Scallops
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp old bay seasoning
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup maple syrup
½ tsp garlic powder

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp melted butter, ½ tsp old bay seasoning, 1 tsp honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Brush this mixture over your Western Family Bacon Wrapped Scallops.
  2. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350 degrees F (175°C). Place the bacon-wrapped scallops into your air fryer tray or on a parchment-lined baking tray. Cook the bacon-wrapped scallops for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking. Remove from the air fryer or oven and sprinkle with ¼ tsp red pepper flakes.
  3. While your scallops are cooking, in another small bowl, mix together ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup Dijon mustard, ¼ cup maple syrup, and ½ tsp garlic powder until well combined. Season the aioli dip with salt and pepper to taste.
