Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced and frozen or fresh
  • 3/4 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoopq Veggessentails All in One Vanilla
  • 2 Cups ice cubes

Directions

 Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed, and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes: Any milk (cow’s, soy, coconut, etc.) may be substituted in place of the almond milk.
