  1. USE A VARIETY OF CURED MEATS

Experiment with different flavours and textures by bringing variety to your charcuterie board.  Try Prosciutto, Salamis both hot and mild, and other cured meats as desired.

  1. LOVE YOUR BREAD & CRACKERS

Add flat breads, crostinis or breadsticks – or better yet, a delicious combination of them all!

  1. CHEESE PLEASE!

Italian cheese (chunked, diced or sliced) complements any Salami and Prosciutto charcuterie board.  Use a combination of a mild cheese (provolone) or a sharper cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano cheese)

  1. GARNISHES

Remember to add your favourite garnishes including fresh fruits (grapes, figs and sliced pear), pickled vegetables or olives.

Note: Scale your ingredients to the number of people you are serving.
