Holiday Cheese Ball Ornaments

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, brie pieces, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Divide the cheese mixture into 10-12 small portions and shape each one into a ball, about the size of a holiday ornament. Stick a pretzel stick in the top of each cheese ball. Cover the platter in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
- Prepare your holiday-inspired coatings by placing the chopped dried cranberries, chopped pecans, chopped parsley in a shallow dish. You could also roll them in each separately.
- Roll each cheese ball in your desired coating, pressing gently to adhere the toppings and create a colourful, festive look.
- Arrange the decorated cheese balls on a platter, and garnish with extra herbs or ornaments for a holiday vibe.
- Optional, serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, or baguette slices.
