


Chocolate Covered Nibs | 1st Place Winner in Our Baking Contest

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the nibs in half. Melt the chocolate in either the microwave or stovetop.

Dip the nibs in the melted chocolate and place on the parchment paper.

Sprinkle your toppings immediately (before the chocolate hardens).

Put the tray in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate is firm.

For freshness, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge.
