Ingredients
1 can Edna’s Mule
Cinnamon Sticks
Water
Sugar (optional)
Ice
Cranberries (for garnish)
2 x tall glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 can Edna’s Mule
  • Cinnamon Sticks (for cinnamon water and garnish)
  • Water
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Ice
  • Cranberries (for garnish)
  • 2 x tall glasses

 

Instructions

Cinnamon water: 

  1. Lightly toast 4 x cinnamon sticks in oven.
  2. Crush and put in saucepan, and add 2 x cups of water. You may add a bit of sugar at this stage, if you like a bit sweeter
  3. Heat, reduce, and simmer, until colour is absorbed into liquid. And cool.

 

  1. Fill your two glasses with ice.
  2. Add Edna’s Mule to each glass until empty.
  3. Add 1 oz of cinnamon water to each glass, and stir gently. 
  4. Crown with more ice.
  5. Garnish with cranberries and a cinnamon stick
  6. Enjoy!
