Directions
Ingredients:
- 1box Dr. Oetker
- Shirriff Chocolate Pie Filling & Dessert Mix - Made in Canada
- 3 cups Whole Milk (Dairyland) – Product of Canada
- 1 package Western Family Cream Cheese – Made in Canada
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (Rogers) – Made in Canada 2 cups Whipping Cream (Dairyland) - Product of Canada
- 2 tsp Western Family Pure Vanilla Extract – Made in Canada 2 boxes of 2-bite Brownies – Made in Canada
- 1 package Western Family Chocolate Cookies & Cream Cookies – Made in Canada
- 1/4 cup of Western Family Semi-Sweet Pure Chocolate Chips – Made in Canada
Direction:
- In a medium saucepan, prepare chocolate pudding according to directions on box.
- Pour into large bowl and place plastic wrap directly on top of the surface of the warm pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Place in the fridge to cool.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until fluffy for about 3-4 minutes.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl, then on medium speed, slowly pour in the whipping cream and vanilla extract. Beat until whipped for about 2 minutes.
- Take 1 cup of the whipped cream mixture and fold it into the chocolate pudding.
- With a knife, cut brownies into quarters.
- Pour cookies into a large ziplock bag and crush just a little bit using a rolling a pin.
Assembling the trifle:
- Dump half the brownies into a 4-quart trifle dish.
- Next spread half of the chocolate pudding on top. Next add half of the crushed cookies on top. Next spread half the whipped cream mixture on top. Repeat layers with all the remaining halves.
- Garnish with chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
