Cranberry and Balsamic Baked Brie with raincoast crisps

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Western Family Homestyle Premium Cranberry Spread
  • 2 tbsp Western Family Classics balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Brie cheese
  • 1 package lesley stowe’s raincoast crisps, salty date and almond raincoast crackers

Directions

1.    Pre-heat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.    Mix the cranberry sauce with the balsamic vinegar. Set aside.

3.    Place the round of Brie cheese on prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

4.    Remove Brie from oven and carefully lift it onto a serving platter.  Using a small knife, carefully make an X on the top of the Brie and spoon the cranberry and balsamic mixture over the cheese.

Serve with lesley stowe’s raincoast crisps, salty date and almond crackers.

Tip: Substitute the salty date and almond crackers for any of lesley stowe’s raincoast crisp variety, including wheat free raincoast oat crisps. Also, Camembert can be used in place of brie cheese.
