


Cucumber Boats


1. Cook the WF Thick Cut Bacon in a pan on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until bacon is crisp (about 8–10 minutes). Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool, then crumble into small pieces.
2. Slice each mini cucumber from Windset Farms in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds to create a boat shape.
3. In a small bowl, stir together the herb and garlic cream cheese and crumbled bacon.
4. Fill each cucumber half generously with the cream cheese and bacon mixture.
5. Sprinkle with smoked paprika for a finishing touch.
