Only Goodness Almond Butter
Western Family Maple Syrup or Honey
Only Goodness Chia Seeds
Only Goodness Hemp Hearts
Western Family Milk Chocolate Chips
Peanut butter chips
Carrot
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Western Family Cocoa Powder
Sweetened shredded coconut
Directions

Ingredients:

Base Recipe:

1 ½ cups Western Family Old Fashioned Oats

½ cup Only Goodness Almond Butter

⅓ cup Western Family Maple Syrup or Honey

2 Tbsp Only Goodness Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp Only Goodness Hemp Hearts

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip:

Base Recipe +

¼ cup Western Family Milk Chocolate Chips

¼ cup peanut butter chips

Carrot Cake:

Base Recipe +

½ finely grated carrot

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

Chocolate Coconut:

Base Recipe +

2 Tbsp Western Family Cocoa Powder

¼ cup sweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

1. add all ingredients into medium mixing bowl and stir until well combined

2. roll into one inch balls

3. enjoy!

 

Additional Information

Substitutes:

● Natural peanut butter can be used in place of almond butter; or if you are looking for a nut free

alternative, sunflower seed butter is a great option!

Tips and Tricks:

● If energy bites aren’t holding their shape, mix in extra almond butter 1 tsp at a time.

● Store in sealed container in the fridge for up to a week, or in freezer for up to three months.
