Five Ingredient Caramelized Peach French Toast

2 ripe peaches, sliced
¼ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
4 slices brioche bread
2-3 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Directions
- Slice the peaches and coat in brown sugar. Melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat and add the peach slices. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until juice turns a nice caramel colour.
- Meanwhile, make the french toast. Whisk two eggs then stir in the milk. Whisk until well combined. Dredge each slice of brioche bread in the mixture.
- Preheat a skillet with butter over medium high heat and grill each piece of bread until nicely browned, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately with caramelized peaches and enjoy!
