


Frankenstein Fusilli Pasta
Cast a delicious spell with this quick and easy pasta recipe for Halloween with pesto, olives, zucchini and candy eyeballs for that extra spooky flair.

Frankenstein Fusilli Pasta

Ingredients
1 bag of Only Goodness Fusilli pasta (500g)
1 cup basil pesto
1 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
1 medium zucchini
2 decorative candy eyeballs or use green olives
Directions
- Begin by boiling the pasta as directed on the package. Drain and set aside once fully cooked.
- In a large pot, add the 1 cup of basil pesto and pour the pasta over top. Stir gently, and coat the pasta with the pesto. You may add a touch of olive oil to bind it together if needed.
- Next, place the pasta onto a large serving dish. With your hands, form the Frankensteins head into a rectangle shape.
- Add the sliced black olives to the top of the head for the hair and then a line for his mouth.
- Cut the ends off of the zucchini for the ears and then slice two round discs for his eyes.
- Add the candy eyeballs (or green olives of using).
