Ingredients
1 (454g) The Little Potato Company – A Little Garlic & Herb Fresh
2 ½ tbsp. melted unsalted Becel Plant Butter (or olive oil)
1 small onion, quartered and thinly
4 Maple Lodge Farms Ultimate Mild Chicken Sausage links, divided and chopped
Directions

1. In a small fry pan, melt butter. Add melted butter to a small bowl and mix in the garlic and herb seasoning packet

2. To a medium bowl, add potatoes and pour the herb and garlic butter mixture over top, mix to combine

3. Cut 4 pieces of foil and add ¼ of the potatoes to the middle of each foil. Layer ¼ of the thinly sliced onions over top each foil, followed by 1 chicken sausage

4. Gently crimp and fold each side of the foil onto itself to create a packet. Place all four garlic and herb potato and sausage foil packets onto a grill and cook for 30 minutes

5. When potatoes are fork tender, remove from grill and serve (NOTE: foil packets will be extremely hot once removed from the grill, allow contents to cool prior to eating)
