Directions
Ingredients:
- 4 Prepped chicken drumsticks, reheated and shredded
- Soft taco shells, grilled
- Diced cucumber
- Diced tomatoes
- Crumbled feta cheese
- Western Family Tzatziki Dip
- Sliced green onions
- Torn parsley
Instructions:
- Pat drumsticks dry and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Heat two large frying pans over medium heat. Divide the drumsticks between the pans and cook for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally until the skin is golden and the meat is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Warm taco shells and layer with Tzatziki, cucumber, tomatoes, chicken, feta, and green onions.
- Garnish with parsley and an extra spoon of Tzatziki on top. Enjoy!
