First, prep your ingredients excluding the liquid and put them into 5 labeled freezer ziplock bags, mason jars, or stasher bags and place in the freezer. Then each morning, pull one out, pour into a blender along with your desired liquid and blend and enjoy!

1/2 Chopped Cucumber

Small Handful Baby Spinach

1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 Cup Pineapple

1/2 Cup Mango

Liquid: 1/2 Cup Milk + 1/4 Cup Apple Juice

 

2. Zucchini Smoothie:

3/4 Cup Blueberries

1/4 Cup Peaches

1/4 Cup Chopped Zucchini

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds or Ground Flax

Liquid: 3/4 Cup Milk

 

3. Spinach Smoothie:

4 Large Chopped Strawberries

1/2 Banana

1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

4. Broccoli Smoothie:

2 Ribs Chopped Celery

1/2 Green Apple
