Hot Chocolate Charcuterie Grazing Board

Western Family Hot Chocolate Mix
Western Family Marshmallows, mini
Western Family Marshmallows, regular
Holiday coloured Sprinkles
White Chocolate Chips, melted
Western Family assorted shortbread
Western Family assorted candies
Western Family Candy Canes
Western Family Mint Chocolate Thins and assorted cookies
Whipped Cream (optional)
Long wood skewers or paper straws.

Directions
- Place sprinkles onto a shallow plate. Add your white chocolate chips into a small jar or bowl and melt in the microwave, at 30 second intervals. Once melted, take a skewer or straw, dip into melted chocolate, and then place into a regular marshmallow. Dip your marshmallow into the melted white chocolate to coat and roll in sprinkles to cover. Place on a piece of parchment paper to cool and harden.
- Place your hot chocolate mix into a small jar and place in the center of your charcuterie board. Now arrange your other jars and bowls around filling with assorted cookies and candies. Placing some directly onto your board as well. Add your decorated marshmallows onto the board and place your holiday cups around your board when ready to serve.
- You can use a mini cupcake stand on your board to elevate some of your items and give you some additional space.
