Ingredients
1 box of store-bought chocolate cake mix
12 scoops of Chapman’s The Only Chocolate Premium Ice Cream
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries
Sprinkles

Ingredients

  • 1 box of store-bought chocolate cake mix or your favourite homemade chocolate cupcake recipe

  • 12 scoops of Chapman’s The Only Chocolate Premium Ice Cream

  • Whipped cream

  • Maraschino cherries

  • Sprinkles

 

Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake cupcakes and allow them to cool fully.

  2. Using a knife, cut a small circle in the top of each cupcake.

  3. Using a spoon, remove a shallow scoop of cake from each cupcake, making a small hole but leaving the bottom and sides of the cupcake intact.

  4. Slice the bottom off each piece of cupcake that was scooped out and set aside. These pieces will be used as hats to cover up the holes.

  5. Fill each hole with a scoop of Chapman’s The Only Chocolate ice cream.

  6. Place each hat back on top of the cupcakes, covering up the ice cream, and garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry.

  7. Enjoy immediately or place back into the freezer to keep firm until ready to serve.
