2 1/2 cup cherries (halved & pitted)
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 packets of maple brown sugar oatmeal
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
Dash of vanilla
5 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 packets of maple brown sugar oatmeal

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • Dash of vanilla

  • 5 tbsp butter

 

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

2. To a small baking dish: add the cherries, powdered sugar, & cinnamon. Mix until evenly distributed.

3. Assemble the crisp mixture by mixing the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, & oil.

4. Top the cherries with the crisp, cover & bake for 30 minutes or until the sides are bubbly. Take it out and move it to a thermos or lunch box.

5. For a delicious dessert: Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
