1 bone-in ham (6–8 lbs)
½ cup pure Canadian maple syrup
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cloves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a roasting pan with foil and place the ham inside.
- Score the ham in a diamond pattern and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 1.5 hours.
- Make the glaze by whisking together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and cloves.
- Glaze & Bake: Remove foil, brush the ham generously with the glaze, and return to the oven for another hour, basting every 15 minutes.
- Carve & Serve: Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
