Ingredients
1 bone-in ham (6–8 lbs)
½ cup pure Canadian maple syrup
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cloves
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a roasting pan with foil and place the ham inside.
  2. Score the ham in a diamond pattern and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 1.5 hours.
  3. Make the glaze by whisking together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and cloves.
  4. Glaze & Bake: Remove foil, brush the ham generously with the glaze, and return to the oven for another hour, basting every 15 minutes.
  5. Carve & Serve: Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Enjoy with your favorite Easter sides!
