


Maple Pecan Latte
This Maple Pecan Latte is rich, creamy, and so easy to make at home using the NEW Only Goodness Oat Barista and Only Goodness Espresso. It’s the perfect way to bring those warm coffee shop vibes into your kitchen as the weather cools down.

Maple Pecan Latte

Ingredients
1 cup Water
½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
½ cup Brown Sugar (light or dark)
⅓ cup Pecans, chopped
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 shots Only Goodness Espresso
1–2 tbsp homemade maple pecan syrup (to taste)
¾ cup Only Goodness Oat Barista milk
Optional toppings: Coconut Whipped Cream

Ingredients:
Maple Pecan Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Maple Pecan Latte:
- 2 shots Only Goodness Espresso
- 1–2 tbsp homemade maple pecan syrup (to taste)
- ¾ cup Only Goodness Oat Barista milk
Optional toppings: coconut whipped cream, cinnamon, crushed pecans
Directions:
Maple Pecan Syrup:
Syrup Yield: ~1 cup (enough for 6–8 lattes)
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add water, maple syrup, and brown sugar. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat to low, add cinnamon and salt, and simmer for 8–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool slightly.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pecans (optional).
- Store any leftover syrup in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Latte:
- Pull 2 shots of espresso using Only Goodness Espresso.
- Add 1–2 tbsp maple pecan syrup to your mug, then pour in the espresso.
- Steam the Only Goodness Oat Barista milk until hot and frothy, then pour it over the espresso mixture.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Top with coconut whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or crushed pecans for extra coziness.
