McCain Superfries with Spicy Chicken Curry Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 650g bag McCain Superfries
  • 1 6oz (170g) Rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Western Family cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Major Grey chutney
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) curry powder
  • 2 green onions, finelly chopped
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (3 mL) kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together chicken, chutney, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, hot sauce, salt and cilantro.  Transfer to a small baking dish.
3. Top with the sliced, toasted almonds and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven and cook the Superfries according to package instructions.  Serve with the warm curried chicken dip.
Tip: Try this dip with another McCain product like Superfries Crinkle Cut or Steak Cut.
