Ingredients
9 Mini Croissants
1/3 cup Mini Pepperoni Slices
1 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup Marinara Sauce
¼ cup Ranch dressing + more for dipping
2 tbsp. Butter, Melted
1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
Pinch of Garlic Powder
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 300.
- To a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley and garlic powder. Set aside for later.
- Cut mini croissants lengthwise and place the bottom halves of each croissant onto a lined baking tray.
- Add a spoonful or 2 of marinara sauce onto each croissant followed by a dash of Italian seasoning. Next, layer pepperoni slices onto the croissant then top with grated cheese. Place croissant tops back on.
- Brush the top of each croissant with the garlic butter and herb mixture and place tray in the oven.
- Bake until cheese melts and croissants turn a golden colour.
- When done, remove from oven and allow croissants to cool, about 5 minutes. When ready to serve, place ranch dressing into a piping bag and draw thin lines onto each croissant top, creating lines similar to those on a football. Enjoy!
