Ingredients
1/3 cup Fresh raspberries or blackberries (dressing)
2 tbsp Western Family olive oil (dressing)
1 tbsp Western Family balsamic vinegar (dressing)
1 Garlic clove, minced (dre1 tsp Western Family Dijon mustard (dressing)ssing)

1/2 tsp Western Family honey (dressing)
1 Shallot, finely chopped
8 cups Mixed greens
1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup Western Family feta cheese
Directions
  1. Combine all dressing ingredients except shallots in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Stir in shallots.
  2. Place greens in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with feta cheese and berries. Serve immediately.
