Ingredients
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (170 g)
4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. oil
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour into crust.
- Bake 30 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool completely.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package; stir in oil. Pour over cheesecake; sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
