Ingredients
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (170 g)
4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. oil
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake 30 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool completely.
  4. Melt chocolate as directed on package; stir in oil. Pour over cheesecake; sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
