Ingredients
2 large eggs
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of sea salt
6 pineapple rings
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F and grease your donut pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and honey.
  3. Add in both flours, the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt, and mix until well combined.
  4. Line each donut tin with a ring of pineapple and top with the batter until ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes until cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean
