Pork Chops with Berry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • salt and pepper
  • For the Balsamic Berry Reduction
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 ounces blackberries
  • 2 ounces raspberries

Directions

  1. Bring vinegar to a boil in a medium sauce pan over medium high heat. Reduce to a simmer. Add berries and use a spoon to mash them into the balsamic vinegar. Cook for 10-15 minutes until thickened, stirring often. Remove from heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Grill until desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side. Top each pork chop with a generous helping of the balsamic berry reduction.
