Portobella Mushroom Steak

4 Portabella Mushrooms
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vegan steak seasoning
1 tbsp fresh crushed garlic
Directions
- Clean portabella mushrooms with brush or wet paper towel. Do not wash them.
- Cut their stems.
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, vegan steak seasoning, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
- Place mushrooms in a large dish. Add seasoning mixture and coat both sides using a brush. Marinate for 20 mins.
- Heat grill pan. Make sure it’s very hot. Grease it.
- Place portabella mushrooms and grill for 7-8 mins on medium heat. Flip halfway.
- Serve with grilled pineapple and asparagus. Enjoy!
