Ingredients
4 Portabella Mushrooms
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vegan steak seasoning
1 tbsp fresh crushed garlic
Directions
  1. Clean portabella mushrooms with brush or wet paper towel. Do not wash them.
  2. Cut their stems.
  3. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, vegan steak seasoning, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
  4. Place mushrooms in a large dish. Add seasoning mixture and coat both sides using a brush. Marinate for 20 mins.
  5. Heat grill pan. Make sure it’s very hot. Grease it.
  6. Place portabella mushrooms and grill for 7-8 mins on medium heat. Flip halfway.
  7. Serve with grilled pineapple and asparagus. Enjoy!
