


Savoury & Dessert Charcuterie Cones


Ingredients:
Savoury Cones:
- Roasted & Salted Mixed Nuts
- Bread Sticks
- Crackers
- Salami, ribboned on skewer
- Mini Gerkins
- Marble Cheddar Cheese, cut into cubes
- Chocolate Fingers
- Thyme or Rosemary Sprigs
- Strawberries, sliced in half and into heart shape
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
Dessert Cones:
- Assorted Candy: Valentines’ Smarties, fuzzy peaches, sour watermelons
- Strawberry Wafers
- Sour Straws
- Two-bite Brownies
- Mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
- Colorful Mini Marshmallows
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
Other Materials:
Paper cones:
- Kraft Paper
- Clear Economy Tape
- Twine
Or instead of paper cones, premade wood cones
Glass cups or jars to place cones in for easy filling.
Bamboo Skewers
Tray/Baking Sheet lined with pink and red tissue paper
Dessert Cone Instructions:
1. Place cones in glass cups/jars. Pour in assorted candies about 1/3 height of the cone.
2. Place tall ingredients at the back of the cone like the wafer and the ribboned sour straw.
3. Put brownie onto one skewer.
4. Put berry assortment on another skewer.
5. Put marshmallow, Reeses’, and another marshmallow on another skewer.
6. Arrange skewers into cones.
7. Optional- tie twine into a bow around each cone.
8. Lay cones on a tissue paper lined tray, serve, and enjoy!
