Ingredients
2 Large Sweet Potatoes Sliced Thinly
2 Cups Half and Half
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup western family Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup western family Flour
1/2 Cup western family Mild Shredded Cheese
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Dill Weed
1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 250 Degrees. In a large saucepan on medium to high heat, add Butter, Milk, Chicken Broth, and Spices and let simmer for 3-5 min.
- Add Flour and continuously stir until sauce thickens.
- In a large 9x13 baking pan, stack your sweet potato slices and pour mixture over the potatoes evenly to coat them.
- Add your cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool and Serve.
