Ingredients
2 Large Sweet Potatoes Sliced Thinly
2 Cups Half and Half
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup western family Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup western family Flour
1/2 Cup western family Mild Shredded Cheese
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Dill Weed
1 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 250 Degrees. In a large saucepan on medium to high heat, add Butter, Milk, Chicken Broth, and Spices and let simmer for 3-5 min.
  2. Add Flour and continuously stir until sauce thickens.
  3. In a large 9x13 baking pan, stack your sweet potato slices and pour mixture over the potatoes evenly to coat them.
  4. Add your cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Let cool and Serve.
