Spooky Hand Cheese Platter
- Trace a hand shape on tin foil and cut it out to use as a template.

Load cream cheese into a piping bag or spoon it over the palm area of the hand shape.

Cut sausages to finger-length pieces and press them into the cream cheese to secure.

Layer thin slices of seitan over the cream cheese to cover the rest of the hand.

Scoop strawberry chili jelly onto the wrist area to create a “bloody” effect.

Use small dabs of cream cheese to attach assorted-sized eyeballs onto Babybel cheese and Oreos.

Garnish the platter with sesame rice crackers and additional spooky decorations as desired.
