


Sticky Glazed Root Vegetables


INGREDIENTS

6 cups mixed root vegetables (ie. carrots, parsnips, red onions, rutabaga, sweet potato)

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp Natural Honey Farms Honey or real maple syrup

1 package Club House Sticky Glazed Root Vegetables Seasoning Mix, 3 lbs (1.5kg)
PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Peel and cut vegetables into approximately 2-inch sticks and wedges. Coat with oil and honey in a bowl, then sprinkle over seasoning and toss to coat evenly.

Spread vegetables onto a large baking sheet and cook in oven for 25 minutes, or until sticky & cooked through.
- TIP: Toss with pecans after baking for an extra crunch!
